Teachers and Administration:
Please fill out this form to request resources from the Booster Club.
We will do everything possible to accommodate your request, but the decision will be based on multiple factors including:
1. Funds available
2. Timeliness of your request (advanced notice is preferred)
3. Booster Club Board and/or parent vote at a scheduled meeting (the second Tuesday of each month - see Events page)
